Ok, ok. So I’ve known about Google Calendar- I don’t live under that much of a rock. However! I had no clue it could be integrated with so many applications and software that I use daily!
So basically, I’m silly impressed with Google Calendar this week! I kinda hate that it defaults to a weekly view, but I’m sure I will get used to it. Ever since Grey was born I’ve had a hard time bringing my paper planner around or even keeping it in sight. It’s like a baby magnet and he doesn’t play nice with paper goods!
• IT’S MARCH! And it snowed so much over the weekend! In fact, the most it’s snowed all Winter! How does that even happen? Regardless, we took advantage and romped in the snow! Looking back, we should have made a snowman, but I was holding my camera and Teylor was holding Grey’s hand- next time!
• And since I posted a photo of Grey… GAP has the best baby clothes! I mean, they have excellent ‘big human’ clothes too, but the baby stuff is way too good! Clearly we got a new shipment last week 😉
• I’ve added onto this years travel! Houston, of course, and Provence, France! So be sure and email me if you’re dreaming of the South of France like I am! Can you imagine an anniversary session in the lavender fields?!
That’s a wrap! It was a chill wintery week filled with work, family, and a little bit of fun! But really- the star of the week was Google Calendar! But seriously, where have I been? It’s pretty much the best thing since sliced bread!
Am I missing anything else? What are your favorite ‘no brainer’ applications? I feel like I might discover something else through you guys!

find out the secret!
Gap is my go to, and baby gap is my favorite! France… say whaaaaat! What a fun post!
I’m not sure what I’d do without Google Calendar. I’d not know what to do! J/k! But not really. Also, yes to GAP’s cute kiddo clothes!
Ok I definitely need to go check out google calendar!
Yeah, Cara! I wish they would pay me to advertise for them because I just keep telling friends that don’t have it- they’re missing out!
I too am head over heels for google calendar. I sometimes miss my paper planner, but I don’t think I could live without notifications!
Amen to that! That’s exactly why I haven’t let go of my paper planner just yet (shout out to Day Designer, whom I love!)… Maybe next year 😉
Too cute about Google calendar. In fact, I had no idea how integrated it was until last month when my 75 year old neighbor got an iPhone asked me to help her set up her calendar. Now she’s sending me all sorts of reminders of neighborhood events! x
That is seriously the coolest! Sounds like something my grandparents would do- love it! Have fun at those events, Ali 🙂
