I had been speaking with Anna for months before our time together in Paris. Getting to know her, planning our locations, and loving every minute of it! Anna is the photographer behind Anna Scott Photography and it was her and Andrew’s first trip to Paris. So obviously the two of them wanted to document their love story in the City of Love itself. (Ah hem- I can’t think of a better way than the romantic Paris Anniversary Experience!)
It was a Fall morning, and we got lucky to be able to see the Eiffel Tower, or as the locals say, ‘la dame de fer’. It means “The Iron Lady”. Although each time I visit Paris I find out new nicknames for the architectural tower! Fall mornings in Paris are usually extremely foggy, but it lifted quickly and we even were able to avoid some tourists. Which is a huge accomplishment in Paris!
The three of us went to the Pantheon as a second location and I’m so thrilled we did! It’s such a beautiful place and I feel it’s slightly overlooked. There are so many great landmarks and attractions in Paris that you truly can’t see it all on one vacation- but if you find yourself in the city be sure and visit the Pantheon in the Latin Quarter.
Lucky for us, even on a foggy or rainy day Paris is absolutely stunning and it’s light colored architecture bounces light in every direction- even if there’s not much of it!
Thank you, Andrew and Anna for such a fun morning photographing you around Paris! Seriously y’all- these two are total naturals in front of the camera! See for yourself below in their highlights!
